Minnesota Association of Community Health Centers (MNACHC)

Minnesota Association of Community Health Centers (mnachc) works on behalf of its members and their patients to promote the cost-effective delivery of affordable, quality primary Health care services, with a special emphasis on meeting the needs of low income and medically under-served populations. Mnachc provides:-a voice for Community Health Centers (chcs): providing state and federal public policy analysis, education.-partnership opportunities: promoting public and private partnerships at state and federal levels to support Health center infrastructure and opportunities for growth.-data clearinghouse: conducting research related to public Health issues and the Health care safety net, including Community Health assessments and market trends; creating quality improvement benchmarks of operations and clinical data.-community development: developing new federally qualified Health Centers (fqhcs) and expanding existing fqhcs in under-served rural and urban areas of minnesota.-training & technical assistance: equipping chcs with the administrative, financial, quality improvement and clinical tools necessary to sustain high-quality operations.-many faces of Community Health conference: offering a state-wide forum for in-depth training that covers best practice models of community-based care and current Health care management and policy issues relevant to fqhcs. In 2023, our in-person conference had over 300 attendees from throughout Minnesota.
