Investigations: The organization receives numerous phone calls and email complaints of incidents of animal neglect, abuse, and/or cruelty throughout all 87 counties in Minnesota. Numerous complaints are open for investigation weekly by State Humane Agents.
Training and Education: Appoint new and re-appoint State Humane Agents. Provide online training workshops.
Outreach: Constantly updating our website to provide resources to the general public as well as law enforcement on Minnesota's Animal Welfare statutes and the care of animals. Outreach via social media outlets, constantly updating the resource list of law enforcement contacts and animal rescue organizations. Educating law enforcement on the animal welfare laws and helping build cases.
