Mva filed a lawsuit against the office of the Minnesota secretary of state (sos) to strike down a rule that makes it impossible for election judges and ballot board members to do their job in carrying out the signatory verification requirements in Minnesota's election law. This case ultimately was heard by the mn supreme court in early 2023.mva was invited to several speaking engagements across the state that focused on educating citizens improving election transparency and accountability.in june 2023, mva filed lawsuit challenging the newly passed felon voting law arguing that legislature didn't have authority to override the constitutional provisions without a constitutional amendment.advocated for citizens to become election judges, ballot board members and poll challengers, and encourage voter participation in school board elections.
