Minorities in Cybersecurity developed their mission to help fill the gap and support women and minority leaders in the cybersecurity field. Their goal is to provide practical knowledge training. They offer a 6-month 40-hour leadership development program, called MiC LEAD Communicators, which focuses on people leadership for cybersecurity professionals. Two cohorts have already completed the training in 2020. In addition, they have a Membership Management Platform available.
