In-school programs: mindfulness training provided within the school setting, including 3-12-week classroom curriculum, student workshops, professional development workshops, and parent workshops. Throughout 2020, all of these programs were adapted to online formats due to the covid-19 pandemic and the subsequent inability to conduct in-person programming. In-school programs: mindfulness training provided within the school setting, including 3-12-week classroom curriculum, 1-2 session student workshops, professional development workshops, and parent workshops, as well as virtual and digital options for online delivery of each type.
Community workshops: mindfulness workshops provided using grant funding or by a community organization, which members of the community are invited to attend. Mission Be continued offering the online summit originally launched in 2020 for parents and teachers in need of support, resources, and mindfulness education for helping children cope.
Online trainings: mindfulness training for educators and community leaders in the form of 8-week-long, one-session-per-week, online forums open to the public for registration.
Organization workshops: mindfulness workshops provided by a business or organization, which employees or members of the organization are invited to attend.children's palliative care program: mindfulness program for children and youth receiving treatment for cancer, as well as their siblings. Donated mindfulness services: free mindfulness exercises and resources provided to the Mission Be community through social media.
Mindfulness coaching: a program launched in 2022, mindfulness coaching is one-on-one or small group mindfulness sessions, provided by schools, community programs, or grant funding, with a specific focus such as coping with grief following a tragedy or the rehabilitation of at-risk youth.
