Mission Fulfilled 2030 empowers and uplifts young Black males by providing them with comprehensive education and training in STEM fields. They bridge the gap in the tech industry by nurturing talent and fostering innovation. The Youth Tech Entrepreneur program, an after-school STEM program, reached a significant milestone this year by engaging 150 young participants. This was made possible thanks to the invaluable support of 10 dedicated volunteers.

Program areas at Mission Fulfilled 2030

The Certified BIPOC Boys Initiative CBBI is a workforce development program by Mission Fulfilled 2030 designed to equip young Black males ages 15-22 with the technical skills certifications and mentorship needed for success in technology careers. Focused on practical IT training and leadership development CBBI offers participants dual certifications in high-demand fields including the Google IT Support Professional and CompTIA A+ certifications. The program also incorporates financial literacy social-emotional learning and comprehensive support services fostering both technical proficiency and personal growth. CBBI collaborates with educational institutions and industry partners providing a direct pathway to employment and economic empowerment for underserved youth.
The Technology to Manhood Lecture Series by Mission Fulfilled 2030 is a transformative workshop aimed at empowering young Black males through inspiring discussions on technology personal development and leadership. This lecture series brings together industry experts mentors and community leaders to address topics critical to youth development including resilience career readiness digital skills and the importance of responsible manhood in the modern world. Through interactive workshops and Q&A sessions participants gain insights into the tech industry learn about pathways to high-paying careers and build a foundation of values that foster both personal and professional growth. The series offered in partnership with schools and community organizations engages over 200 youth annually bridging the gap between technological education and life skills essential for future success.
The Youth Tech Entrepreneurs YTE Program launched by Mission Fulfilled 2030 empowers Black youth ages 11-18 with essential entrepreneurial skills in technology. Through a 10-week curriculum participants learn to create tech-based businesses using open-source tools building a foundation for future innovation and financial independence. With a focus on underserved communities YTE fosters innovation leadership and self-confidence preparing young men to pursue careers in STEM and entrepreneurship.
