Mississippi Apartment Association

This year marked the inception of the inaugural Mississippi Apartment Association (maa) conference & expo. Participants accrued 6 continuing education credits (cecs) throughout the comprehensive day-long educational conference, engaged in networking opportunities with vendors at the annual tradeshows, and concluded the day with the traditional annual crawfish boil. The primary focus for the year 2023 was to expand the range of high-quality educational opportunities available to members. Alongside these educational offerings, maa was committed to providing numerous networking prospects for members. Maa's attention was focused on addressing local government affairs matters pertaining to the city of jackson rental registration ordinance.the year ended with 349 members, representing over 35,000 units.
