In addition to naming mo coalition missoury Recovery Network's fiscal agent, it also lists the activities that are to be carried out by mrn. Some of these services include: planning, public awareness, representing the voice of Recovery for individual families dealing with substance abuse issues, educating the general public, general assembly, and the community about substance use disorders and promoting resources.
Peer leadership training/ summit- Missouri Recovery Network provides a statewide peer leading summit for peer specialists. In addition to the statewide summit, additional trainings are also provided regionally throughout the year that allows individuals wishing to become Missouri Recovery support specialists or Missouri Recovery support specialists-peer to qualify or receive needed continuing education credits. Mrn strives to create an environment of peer inclusion and improve the perception of peer support at both trainings and the annual summit.
