Program areas at Mobilisation Lab
Training and education program - digital trainings and technical assistance. This training is a collaborative planning process that blends tried and true strategy tools with design thinking, lean start-up principles, and paricipatory approaches to problem-solving. The program teaches participants to have greater insight, innovation and alignment, leading to greater campaign success for its participants. This educational training and coaching session is designed for leaders in advocacy organizations that are looking to transform how their organization operates. Mobilisation Lab Inc. Helps these leaders shift their organizational culture to better achieve their mission.
Network learning - the activities of this program are focused on surfacing and sharing examples of how organizations and groups are adapting and succeeding with modern advocacy strategies and tactics, with a focus on amplifying voices of communities most impacted by injustice. Mobilisation Lab Inc. Publishes case studies, reports, delivers a biweekly newsletter that reaches over 7,000 advocacy practitioners around the world, and facilitates regular opportunitites for peer learning.
