Moline Community Development Corporation

Moline Community Development Corporation fosters affordable living, saves housing, and promotes thriving neighborhoods for Moline residents. The organization achieves this through individual housing rehabilitation using volunteer community members and paid contractors to rehab dilapidated houses, resulting in renovated buildings and improved neighborhoods. Additionally, the MCDC acquires blighted properties within the city of Moline, IL and razes them to create green spaces or repurposes the properties in order to improve and stabilize low-to-moderate income neighborhoods.
