Public policy - using a grass roots philosphy, volunteer members formulate current and emerging agriculture issues into areas of interest. Membership, with a unified voice, provides direction to the state organization. The state-wide organization then develops a local, state, and national level strategy.promotion & education-education about the agricultural industry are offered to hundreds in the general public with events such as 4-h clubs,ffa chapters,& schools and civic groups.young farmers-education & leadership skill development programs for current local ag leaders within the ages of 18 to 35 & offers social events to develop future leaders.
