Program areas at Montana Beyond the Classroom
Discovery fields program: to provide multi-sensory, nature-based learning in an outdoor environment by promoting the foundations of literacy through hands-on activities.
Little library program: through neighborhood book houses regularly stocked, hundreds of wholesome books are provided free to children throughout Montana.
Field trip program: for discovery and sharing of childrens educational, eclectic, and/or nature-based activities throughout Montana and the region that are fun and enlightening.
Nature around me program: this program offers educational camping trips geared towards families. Nature guides lead families through a weekend of learning about outdoor activities and survival skills.
Horse riding camp: provides local students an opportunity to care for and ride horses from a local horse sanctuary
