League Tennis: Serves more than 6,000 league players with year-round league programs, including both USTA and WTT formats.
Tournaments:Support competitive tennis tournament for more than 300 youth and adult tournament players at 3 sanctioned tournament a year (2 adult and 1 youth tournament).
Junior Team Tennis: Serves more than 570 Junior Team Tennis players through recreational, competitive tennis for players age 8 - 18 played as a team sport. JTT can take several forms - at MCTA JTT is played on weekends on courts throughout Montgomery County across 3 seasons. Teams typically consist of at least 6 players; matches play 2 singles and 1 doubles court, concurrently.
Other programs include grants to Montgomery County Tennis and Education Foundation, Community Tennis, and USTA's 10-and-under tennis initiative that introduces children to tennis using courts and equipment re-sized to be age-appropriate.
