Program areas at Moonshot edVentures
Fellowship: Moonshot edVentures runs the Moonshot Fellowship to support individuals in exploring the idea of designing and launching a new school or learning environment. The Fellowship occurs in three stages, each of which focuses on leadership development, learning environment design, and launch.
Moonshot's Residency Bridge Year and full-time School Launcher Residency provide intensive, personalized support for Fellows looking to launch schools. The Residency Bridge Year Program is a year-long, part-time program for Fellows to assess their interest and readiness in moving into the Residency. The Residency is a full-time program where Fellows develop the foundational skills and plans needed for school launch in Metro Denver.
Direct to Fellows Learning Fund is a micro-grant opportunity for Moonshot Fellows. Fellows can apply each year to receive a micro-grant that supports the launch or sustainability of their venture, and/or their own professional development and leadership.
Program Launcher Residency is a full-time Residency that provides intensive, personalized support for Fellows running start-up educational nonprofits. Through the Residency, Fellows build robust infrastructure and systems to scale their impact for students.
Moonshot acts as a fiscal sponsor to mission-aligned organizations currently applying for and receiving 501c3 status with the IRS.
