Civic engagement educational programs achieved the following: Launched Women Making Peace event series with 450+ participants. Survey results from these events showed a meaningful impact on decreases in participants anger and affective polarization after the film screening; Created faith-based peacemaking curriculum materials for Practical Peacemaking and Peacemaking Through Media Literacy; Hosted 21 Living Room Conversations; Launched Advocacy Academy to help women develop concrete civic engagement skills; Continued to build media literacy skills through Media Literacy Monday posts, GROWs, and launching a weekly News Roundup email this fall, which has already reached and maintains an average open rate over 80%.
