Direct client services: Mosaic Georgia responded to more than 1,200 calls to its 24/7 crisis line, coordinated almost 600 multi-disciplinary responses, and served 3,100 clients/victims in 2023. The ages of clients/victims ranged from 9 months to 90 years of age. Approximately 67% of the people Mosaic provided care for are children and youth under age 18. In 2023, there were more than 330 forensic medical exams performed, more than 480 forensic interviews conducted, more than 23,000 advocacy services performed, more than 6,800 legal services performed, more than 100 counseling & support group sessions ran, more than 925 counseling referrals and more than 1,000 crisis calls answered.
Professional training: Mosaic Georgia launched the sane success institute & sane community support network, trained 21 registered nurses in sexual assault nurse examiner 40 hour course. In 2023, 7 sanes participated in the sane clinical skills & expert testimony workshops. Monthly peer reviews served 132 participants. Law enforcement & multi-disciplinary teams participated in 3 professional training sessions with 4 grand juries receiving a one-hour overview on sexual violence dynamics. The ceo roundtable, a monthly leadership forum for sexual assault leaders saw 58 participants throughout the year.
