MAPDA created our (The Greatest Gift is A Conversation" campaign focused on spreading awareness about how you can protect your loved ones from opioid use disorder and overdose from just a conversation. We created The Greatest Gift postcards and posters to engage with schools and spread vital prevention education to youth and parents. We also created the Greatest Gift Pledge to encourage people to openly discuss and de-stigmatizing Opioid Use Disorder. Our media campaign included video messages from powerful voices all over the country,to encourage others to Take the Pledge We partnered with XOMAD, a social tech company that aided us in creat- inga nano-influencer campaign, where trusted social media influencers
posted about MAPDA's "The Greatest Gift Pledge" throughout the country to their respective communities. Our results showed an overwhelming success for "The Greatest Gift" campaign, more than tripling our website traffic due to Pledge takers our average engagement of posts (9.07%) was higher than the industry average (1.22%) by a whopping 7.85%. Overall, our XOMAD collaboration assisted in connecting to over 1.51M+ people around the country. Our CEO & Chair, Hon. Mary Bono, went on a national media tour to promote "The Greatest Gift and over-the-counter Naloxone.
