The mission is dedicated to improving The quality of life for people of our region by supporting The advancement of healthcare at Mount Nittany health.continued on schedule o.the Foundation supports fundraising and other activities to further The charitable, educational, and scientific purposes of Mount Nittany Medical Center ("mnmc"). Activities within fiscal year 2022 included The following:mount Nittany Health Foundation raised $6,243,430 in cash gifts. No pledge commitments were secured in fy 2023.the 32nd annual golf classic raised $210,290 to expand and update The fitness and rehabilitation space in Mount Nittany Health toftrees.additionally, $18,100 was received in fy 2023 for The 33rd annual golf classic. Proceeds for this event supported Mount Nittany Health's sports medicine capabilities through Mount Nittany Health orthopedics.$7,020 was received in fy 2023 for The 74th annual charity ball which took place on may 14, 2022, at medlar field at lubrano park. The 74th annual charity ball benefited women and children's services at Mount Nittany health.pledge payments: - cardiovascular pavilion collected $70,000 from past pledges - children's advocacy Center collected $52,500 from past pledges - linear accelerator collected $51,319 from past pledges - charity ball 2022 collected $10,000 from past pledges - neuroscience and orthopedic fund collected $10,000 from past pledgesprogrammatic funding:- children's advocacy Center (cac)the support to The cac totaled $13,070 which was cumulative funding from The end-of-year annual appeal, grateful patient gifts, memorial gifts, and general community support.- Medical staff endowmenta total of $10,000 was received for The Medical staff endowment to fund projects or programs identified annually by The Medical executive committee in consultation with representatives from Mount Nittany Medical Center administration.- strickler endowmenta total of $10,000 was received for The strickler endowment to support improvements to The breast care Center for patients, physicians, and staff. - Mount Nittany Health toftrees close supporters of Mount Nittany Health supported The planning of this effort with $7,500.giving categories:- annual givingend of year and doctors' day appeals raised $115,655 for various programs and services at Mount Nittany Health with a concentration on unrestricted support and The cancer care fund. - grateful patient programraised $2,735 for various programs and services at Mount Nittany Health from grateful patients and their families. - memorial gifts $2,250 was given in support of friends lost in our community.
