Scholarships-the recipient of the Foundation's scholarships are determined based on the information submitted to the Foundation by students interested in careers in the construction industry. The students complete a scholarship award application providing the Foundation's directors with relevant information used to make a selection. Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of academic performance, employment experience, financial need, letters of recommendation, and a demonstrated desire to pursue a career in the construction industry. All persons, irrespective of race, gender, creed or national origin, who satisfy the eligibility requirement and make a timely application, are considered for the scholarship award.
