Mukti Mancha Foundation

We incorporated in December 2013, secured funding, and began design work on building a school and dormintory in Bangladesh. (Note expenditures during the year are required to be capitalized. One dollar is reported as an expense to facilitate e-filing.). Mukti Mancha Foundation's mission is to help poor and vulnerable children in Bangladesh transform their lives by providing access to education and medical care. During the year we held a ground-breaking ceremony and continued working on building the school and dormitory. Most of our expenditures have been capitalized.
