The organization provides grants to youth and young adults willing to take action in the arena of mental health, mental wellness and suicide prevention. Funds are generally used for these project grants that, once approved, are created and execcuted by an individual or group of young adults in schools or in the community. Funds are also used for larger mental health evidence-based community events specifically created for young adults; and for the "sending sunshine" text line, a free service providing uplifting weekly text messages. Funds also supplement current and yearly activities that provide support for youth and yound adult suicide prevention.
