Nachas Health and Family Network

Nachas Health and Family Network, Inc is a community based not-for-profit organization that provides intensive management services to procure crucial entitlements to the economically disadvantaged population. Nachas Health provides free health screening programs such as mammography, pap smears,bone density,blood pressure, glucose/cholestrol etc. to the uninsured/underinsured members of the communities we service. Nacahs Health maintains a senior department which provides senior social/ recreational groups, support groups and case management sessions resulting in entitlement procurement for impoverished seniors.
