Program areas at NAIOP
Public affairs: to provide our members with up to the minute information on pending legislation laws and regulations as it relates to commercial real estate developers, owners, investors and asset managers. Strengthen, solidify and publicize naiop-nj's identity as the voice of the commercial office, industrial and mixed-use real estate industry so that we are universally recognized by legislators, regulators, the business community and the public as an integral partner in the building and improvement of New Jersey's economy.
Naiop networking: to provide members with networking and business development opportunities and education in the real estate community. All of the Chapter's events (seminars, programs meetings, tours, golf outing and gala) provide members with opportunities to promote and develop their business and the services that they can provide.
