Program areas at NAIOP - New Mexico Chapter
11 monthly educational luncheon seminars, monthly regional educational events and periodic master class seminars are provided to members and non-members of the commercial real estate community as both educational events on current issues of importance to members of the association related to the real estate industry both locally and nationally.
Annual educational seminar for one-half day that serves as both educational to the membership attending as well as an opportunity for members to present topics of interest and relevance to the local real estate community and Naiop membership.
Annual banquet that recognizes excellence in the real estate industry locally via a number of categories. Each category has several nominees in the industry and the particulars of their projects are presented during the banquet with one winner per category that is selected to demonstrate excellence in that category. Attended by several hundred industry members and leaders.
