Civic engagement: this program seeks to educate, mobilize, and integrate the latino community in the decision making process in order to strengthen american democracy. We achieve this through our naturalization, civic integration, and voter education and mobilization programs at the local community level.
Annual conference - brings together political, civic, and business leaders to attend presentations and workshops on public policy issues affecting the latino community and is supported through conference registration fees and corporate sponsorships.
Constituency services: this latino program promotes the governance and policymaking success of latino officials through 8 institures held throughout the country that focus on energy, emergency preparedness, school governance, early learning, higher education and newly elected officials.
Policy, research and advocacy - provides a wide array of professional and leadership development programs for latino elected and appointed officials. The Naleo policy institute provides key training and technical assistance on a spectrum of high-priority latino issues, and the summits bring together elected officials from across the united states to address topics in education, health and governance.
