Nami Northern Lakes provides support to individuals with mental illness and their families through training and education for volunteers to deliver peer support services. Over 90 peer support group meetings were held, and one-on-one peer support was utilized by 25 people. All training and services were offered free of charge. The organization also operates a "stigma-free" drop-in center, providing two peer support groups weekly as well as one-on-one support and other forms of assistance, including a daily meal. A total of 69 members were supported.
