Family mental health support and education nami northern Virginia provides no-cost exceptional support to families/loved ones and caregivers of those living with mental health conditions. Courses, such as nami family-to-family, offer information, resources, and coping mechanisms for those who live with a person with a mental illness. Nami family support groups are peer-led and designed to offer ongoing support to family members and caregivers. These programs are led by highly trained volunteers with lived experience.
