Program areas at Napa Valley Education Foundation
Health and wellnessthe wellness program provides community funding and support to ensure that all students in need of mental health support have access to it on-campus and for no cost. The program partners with schools to fund mental health staff and services to provide a comprehensive support system that is easily accessible to all students. A annual mental health screening and on-campus wellness centers further connect students to services.
Career readinessthe career readiness program is committed to providing hands-on career exploration and skill-building activities to every student, so they graduate ready for their future. Traditional internships, an industry-specific summer work experience program, career fairs and online techical certificates encourage all students to explore career pathways prior to graduation.
Music and artsthe music connection program provides low and no-cost musical instruments to more than 1600 students per year, ensuring equitable access to music Education. The program also offers camps, clinics, band buddies and string dubbies after school clubs, and more.
