Program areas at Naples Historical Society

The Society relies on 5 preservation initiatives and 10 educational programs to conduct its work to preserve Naples history. These programs reach all age ranges as well as those who live in Naples and visitors to Naples. Accomplishments include: (1) a full restoration of historic palm cottage after hurricane ian, an unplanned $500,000 capital project, and (2) continued exceptional work on the Society's new property preparing it for future use as the smith exhibit hall and surrounding pathway. The debt associated with the acquision of this project has been extinguished (funds to be raised will be allocated toward the building's re-adaption, the interior exhibit, and the landscaping.
