Each year NAEO hosts an Annual Conference with approximately 175 attendees & provides educational & networking opportunities for the attendees. The topics & breakout sessions are designed to help members build a strong successful call center & strong employees. Topics include sessions led by industry experts through presentations & panels focusing on operations, Sales, Marketing, Programming, System usage & maintenance, Finance & Staffing
NAEO has a comprehensive professional development program that includes an online operator education program, online learning management systems, educational workshops & webinars. The web-based online operator education program allows members to give employees a self-paced venue to learn systems & how to process calls. Twice a year the professional development program hosts education programs focusing on IS scripting, technical education or supervisor development. These programs usually have 50-100 attendees.
