Over the past year, nlcup has strengthened Credit Unions abilities to deliver culturally relevant services and foster environments where latinx staff feel supported and valued. Through comprehensive workshops, professional development panels, and collaborative forums, nlcup has become the premier resource for the latinx community within the Credit union industry, engaging over 100 Credit Unions in meaningful dialogue and action.our signature initiative includes the nlcup networking reception, monthly webinars, an educational book club, and our community resource siteunite a committed network of Credit union Professionals dedicated to dismantling barriers to financial access.
