ACCORDINGLY, NAR CONTINUES TO SUPPORT PUBLIC POLICY ISSUES THAT ENHANCE HOUSING AFFORDABILITY AND THE AVAILABILITY FOR PEOPLE OF ALL BACKGROUNDS AND INCOME LEVELS TO ATTAIN HOME OWNERSHIP. THE ASSOCIATION'S WEBSITES, homeownershipmatters.realtor AND HOUSELOGIC.COM, ARE COMPANION WEBSITES FOR CONSUMERS, WHICH FEATURE INFORMATION ABOUT THE VALUE OF PROPERTY OWNERSHIP, ALLOW CONSUMERS TO DO THEIR OWN RESEARCH, AND HELP BUYERS AND SELLERS FIND REALTORS.

NAR PROMOTES HIGH STANDARDS OF CONDUCT IN THE TRANSACTION OF REAL ESTATE BUSINESS AND HELPS TO ENSURE THAT THE PUBLIC RECOGNIZES THAT REALTORS ADHERE TO A STRICT CODE OF ETHICS. Leveraging the voice of our members, NAR's Consumer Advertising Campaign is designed to promote awareness of the REALTOR brand nationally and the value of a REALTOR to a consumer audience through a variety of strategic external marketing initiatives and channels.

Nar conducted National meetings where members came to participate in the governance of the Association and learn about real estate best practices, trends and new decision-making tools and strategies. Nar conferences are packed with top-notch education for real estate professionals, as well as opportunities to network for referrals with agents from across the country. Each year nar holds a midyear meeting and a National conference.

Nar provides professional education programs designed to keep members on top of an evolving market and to enhance leadership skills. Nar holds several online educational sessions and webinars throughout the year to help members enhance their businesses and grow their client bases.
