The National Black MBA Association leads in creating educational opportunities and economic growth for Black professionals. The NBMBAA also hosts the largest diversity career fair and exposition in the nation through its Annual National Conference, empowering visionaries to promote educational and economic empowerment for Blacks.

Program areas at National Black MBA Association

Annual National conference - the nbmbaa hosts the largest diversity career fair and exposition in the nation with the aim of empowering visionaries. Five decades ago, the nbmbaa founders made a promise to promote educational and economic empowerment for Black americans. Our commitment to exploring the best practices in leadership and career focused programming has been the catalyst that has guided the Association. Every year we honor this pledge.
Membership services - the nbmbaa is a professional membership Association, and these are programs aimed at supporting our members to develop and excel in their professional journey. We provided monthly seminars during the year and hosted a scaleup pitch competition to encourage and provide funding for our entrepreneurs and other initiatives driven by our local chapters. There are 34 local nbmbaa chapters and approximately 12,000 members throughout north america.
