Temporary safe haven program makes nccf the sole provider and partner with the district of columbia's child and family services agency by providing foster care and case management services for up to two hundred and fifty Children and youth within the district's public child welfare system who reside in foster or relative care in the state of Maryland.
The residence (formerly known as gap) is a 16 bed qualified residential treatment program (qrtp), located in bethesda Maryland, serving males ages 12-20, who do not live with their Families due to long standing family problems, histories of abuse, neglect, abandonment and significant behavioral and adjustment difficulties or involvement with the juvenile justice system.
The sterling short-term family housing program provides temporary shelter and comprehensive support services to homeless Families in the district of columbia. Staff assist Families with overcoming barriers that have made them homeless in addition to helping them transition to permanent housing.
