Community wellness- conduct wellness programming through ncfc's Frontier and remote prevention coalition's, reaching isolated counties and building their capacity to deliver vital programming and services.
Frontier forward- provide capacity building and advocacy services in support of geographically isolated communities and provide information and education to these communities and the public at no cost.
Frontier food hub- operate food system centered program activities for Frontier communities such as local food distribution, food pantry capacity building, agricultural education and community engagement.
