National Organization of Black County Officials empowers and transforms communities by providing education, training, and technical assistance to support county officials that serve vulnerable populations in America. NOBCO conducts a national economic development conference and participates in two affiliated national conferences annnually convening black county officials to share innovations, best practices, and lessons learned to benefit others.
