Program areas at National Postdoctoral Association
NPA Annual Conference: Each spring the NPA hosts its Annual Conference, which is the only national event dedicated to the postdoctoral community. At this conference, many topics pertinent to science policy, diversity, mentoring, entrepreneurship, and the scientific research enterprise are discussed and debated on a national level.
Publications: These costs are for the development and maintenance of website content for the public. They also support the Association's newsletter, e-alerts, fact sheets, and reports.
Membership Services. As a membership organization, NPA incurs expenses for managing its membership. These expenses are programmatic in nature, as part of NPA's exempt purpose is to serve the postdoctoral community.
During 2023, the National Postdoctoral Association performed additional programmatic activities in accordance with its mission.
