National Preservation and Conservation Foundation

Undertake activities that tend to accomplish one or more of the following things:1) the protection of relatiely natural habitats of fish, wildlife, or plants or similar ecosystems,2) the protection of the open space (including farmlands and forest lands) where such Preservation is for the scenic enjoyment of the general public and will yield a significant public benefit,3) the Preservation of historically important land areas and certified historic structures, in each of such cases, as such purposes are more fully described in irs section 170(h) and the treas.
