Program areas at National Scholarship Providers Association
Member services and conferences: nspa provides professional development and services for Scholarship administrators, including best practice program design and evaluation resources, networking and collaboration opportunities, and access to industry research. Nspa has nearly 1800 members from over 580 organizations across north america and beyond. As a result of the covid pandemic, nspa held its annual conference virtually in both 2020 and 2021. In 2021, 775 conference attendees enjoyed nearly 100 hours of educational content. Nspa returned to in-person for their 2022 annual conference.
Industry projects: nspa has received significant grant support from the michael and susan dell foundation to develop and maintain a database of Scholarship information for the higher education community. This database has the potential to transform Scholarship administration by assisting member organizations in strategic decision making based on industry data.
