Program areas at NSH
Symposium: the National Society for Histotechnology (nsh) annual symposium/convention forms the largest educational event of its kind, working to advance and promote the histology profession. Nsh is the premier source of learning, knowledge, and future oriented research for histology professionals. Attendance provides resources, education, ideas, and advocacy to enhance the performance in the laboratory and ultimately the best patient care.
Outreach and communications - nsh shares knowledge and resources with allied organizations, regulatory bodies, a community of peers, online on nsh's member community the block, and face-to-face at nsh's events.
Education: nsh provides educational webinars, in person seminars, and online self-paced courses (including certificates of completion) to further knowledge in Histotechnology designed to improve competence and expand histotechnicians and histotechnologists' competencies resulting in quality patient outcomes.
