Continued work with area schools and improved participation by school children.Provide scholarships to high school graduates going to college. Provide needed toiletries to our hospitalized veterans and requested comfort items for patriots on active duty. Provided veterans at Shepard Center SHARE initiative with gift card for groceries and prepared monthly one home cooked meal.In April 2013 donated $800 to SHARE in gift card for groceries.During the summer of 2013 gave two $500 scholarships.Donated items to veterans valued at $5900.Continued work on major historic preservation project tjat is retoring three 100 year old stained glass windows. These windows are to be diplayed in the National DAR building in Washingto DC. This project will be completed in the upcoming year.
