Publishing THE SOJOUNRNER, the offical publication, reporting on different programs conducted by Chapters in their areas in promotion of the organizational purposes. Provides updates and announcements of activities and events related to the organization.
Support to the Chapters to enable them to conduct programs they present, e.g. ROTC Awards, Essay Contests, and Youth Leadership training.
