National Telecommuting Institute, Inc. (nti) offers high-quality,cost-effective virtual staffing services. Founded in 1995 as a501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, nti pursues its mission to identifyand develop work-at-home jobs for americans who are severely disabled or are caretakers for americans with disabilities through our nti@home program. Americans with disabilities have one of the highest unemployment rates in the united states. Nti provides skill assessment, training, job placement and job coaching services for its candidates. Nti@home placed 639 individuals with disabilities/caretakers in work-at-home jobs in 2022.

Nti's land a job program also assists individuals with disabilities whohave found work outside the home with work support payments through thesocial security administration's ticket to work program to help coverthe costs of work-related expenses. These payments help disabledindividuals cover necessary out-of-pocket costs required in remaining gainfully employed. The land a job program provided work support payments to 341 unique individuals with disabilities in 2022.
