NBS Animal Rescue

Adoption and Rescue we Rescue dogs strictly in the state of Michigan with the majority of our animals coming from Michigan kill shelters where dogs are in danger of euthanasia, owner surrendered dogs who are in danger of entering the shelter system, transfers from other rescues, as well as stray dogs in collaboration with our local Animal control and shelters. We focus on small breed dogs with generally high medical costs and senior dogs ages 7, both of which are in greater danger when in a kill shelter. We are one of two five star certified rescues in the state of Michigan, a top rated nonprofit for 2013, 2014 and 2015 through greatnonprofits.org and a guidestar exchange silver participant.
