NEF helps build more sustainable, prosperous, and inclusive communities in the Middle East and Africa through education, governance, and economic development initiatives. For 100 years, the Near East Foundation has pioneered innovative solutions to social and economic development challenges throughout the Middle East and Africa. Working with local partners, our programs directly improve the lives of tens of thousands of vulnerable people across the region through initiatives in Peacebuilding, Civic Engagement and Education, Sustainable Agriculture, and Microenterprise Development.

Programs to establish a revolving credit fund to advance the growth of micro-enterprises owned and operated by refugees and vulnerable jordanians through loans and non-financial services tailored to the conditions of vulnerable entrepreneurs
