At the time of sale, Nehi, Inc. Provides approximately 20% of the cost of the home through a 0% loan that is deferred until the first home loan is paid off, the house is sold, or the buyer defaults. Nehi, Inc. also provides reach standard homebuyer education and housing counseling.
