Neighborhood Health Clinic

Delivered quality medical services to uninsured low-income collier county, Florida working adults, resulting in 9768 patient visits. Serving as a medical home, the Clinic provides patients with medical examinations by licensed physicians, laboratory testing, all prescription medications and, if necessary, referral to specialists and other providers who have all volunteered to provide their services free of charge. According to an independent audit of our most recent fiscal year, the value of supplies and services provided at no charge by voluntary professional staff and associated Health care providers totaled in excess of $7.3 million. Clinic volunteers were also able to secure in excess of $4.9 million of medications with drug manufacturers under patient assistance programs(pap) - at no cost to our patients.
