Secure and happy places to live real for low and modest-income residents throughout greater New Orleans. Service range from development of below-market-rate single family houses and apartments to high qulaity renovated homes for ownership of rental.
Community building & engagement-cbe exists because of dedicated community memebers who work to transform the places they live for the better, cbs helps to 1) inspire and support resident leaders; 2) invigorate and substain resident-led assoications; 3) effectively sponsor community building activities. Our resident-driven approaches strengthen relationships among neighors and catalyze positve community change.
Homeownership center-provides sustainable hownership through home buyer Services, including counseling and finanacial literacy workshops and foreclosure assistance to help people stay in their homes. The nhs homeownership center empowers homeowners, home buyers, and communities. To make informed choices so that homeownership reaches its potential. To add real value to everyone in New Orleans.
