Nhs of the Lehigh Valley facilitates and originates soft second mortgages or grants to assist with down payment and closing costs for first time homebuyers that fall within the approved low-to-moderate hud income guidelines. 2023 program accomplishments: our total nhslv loan portfolio remained strong relative to the national economy despite the large numbers of past due loans. 4 loans were past due as of december 31st out of a total portfolio of 86 loans.
