Program areas at Neighborhood Improvement Association

Provide resources to develop economic self sufficiency among low income individuals and families. Resources include home buyer classes, personal money management, banking, individual development accounts and assistance in preparation of federal and state income taxes. 5,530 tax returns were prepared by our volunteers. These volunteers donated 7,255 hours of community service. 166 people attended first time home buyer workshops.
